"The breading didn't stick to the shrimp well, as other people have reported. I coated them with flour before the egg whites, and that helped a little.

The five-spice powder has a pretty strong flavor that I found overwhelming. I'd use less next time-- maybe 3/4tsp.

Reviewed Sausage Balls

"The mixture was far to dry to form into balls. I added a little water, and they were fine after that. The cheese I used had been in the fridge for a while, so it may have lost some moisture.""
