“The breading didn't stick to the shrimp well, as other people have reported. I coated them with flour before the egg whites, and that helped a little.
The five-spice powder has a pretty strong flavor that I found overwhelming. I'd use less next time-- maybe 3/4tsp.
These would be great with some kind of dipping...”
