Reviewed Classic Mashed Potatoes

"Wow the ingredients I use with the "strainer" twist! I substitute reg sour cream with Mexican Crema, put in serving dish, brush with egg white and bake in pre-heated 500 degree oven for 3 minutes. Crusty on the top and oh so creamy in the middle!! enjoy""
