This was good but, not great. Was lacking in depth of flavor. Although, not too lemony as stated by some. Maybe a little butter at the end to round out the flavor.

Delicious! The depth of flavors will excite your palate. I followed the ingredient list and changed up the method a bit. I prefer a reduction instead of a gravy so, I seasoned and browned the meat as directed. Then I submerged it in the broth, wine, vegetables and seasonings that I had already mixed in my crockpot. Set to low it was fork tender...

After reading conflicting reviews about the amount of salt, I decided to use half the amount called for. So, using 1/2 tbl per pound of pork and keeping everything else the same I tried this recipe for the first time. Wow!!!! Amazing!! Delicious, lots of porky flavor, moist and tender, and crazy easy!!! I disagree with most of the other reviews. This recipe didn't really work I think due to the incompatiable textures of the spinach and the snap peas. The overall flavor was just ok, as well. I tried chopping the snap peas and that did help. Overall, look for another side dish."

Delicous use of fresh tomatoes and herbs from my garden. Easy to make and flavorful! I used fresh oregano as well....great flavor! Perfect summer meal. I also added some fantastic wild shrimp that I sauteed in a little butter and garlic with a splash of white wine. Didn't need anything else....oh yes finished the wine! Was a hit with the hub"

Fantastic summer salad!!! Incredible flavors and so healthful. I make sure to use soba noodles with yam as they have better texture. Perfect Asian flavors!!! Serve this with Bobby's grilled salmon steak with hoisin barbecue!!!
