Easy to make and great tasting! What more do you want? I do make the pasta separate tho, add to bowl and pour hot soup over. Otherwise when you have leftovers the pasta tends to swell and get to mushy.

It was fair but that's about it. A whole bottle of wine(I used a Cab) is overkill..2 cups is enough, add the difference in broth. First day was very rich tasting...tasted better the 2nd day. Alot of work for fair to good tasting.

Mix sugar and cream in bowl before adding pecans.(and any other flavors/seasonings) Add about 1/2c more pecans. Bake no more than 17-18 min for large pecans, less for smaller ones. Halfway thru, make sure to stir, try to spread in one layer. Sometimes I sprinkle a little white sugar on them when they come out...then toss again. Pour out onto another...
