We loved this! The only thing we did not use was fennel. The first time we made the fish the batter was a little thick so we thinned it out the second time and it was perfect! Loved the tartar sauce with the capers. Absolutely loved the sweet potatoe fries! We used the Kings Hawaiian dinner rolls for our bread and the dish was a hit!!""

My husband made it all.....the schnitzel, the bisquits, the mayo, the cabbage - it does take a while though. We liked it, especially the schnitzel and the bisquits.
