Reviewed Garlic Roasted Potatoes
"The perfect roast potatoes -- exactly what I picture in my mind when I crave potatoes.""
Reviewed Pecan Pie Muffins
"Beyond amazing - very chewy and caramely, they taste exactly like pecan pie. These have become my favourite muffins to make. They keep well and I make them with walnuts sometimes too."
Reviewed Cinnamon Muffins
"These were very dry and somewhat bland. I could not eat them without butter, and even then they were too dry."
Reviewed The Ultimate Chocolate Brownie Muffins
"Super fudgy and chocolatey -- these really tasted exactly like brownies! They were too decadent to eat as a breakfast muffin, but excellent for an indulgent snack."
Reviewed Cappuccino Muffins
"This is not what I wanted. they became so doughy after I stored them for a day that they were unpleasant to me. You can definitely taste the coffee, but I wouldn't make these again."

About Me
Favorite Foods
I'm a university student who loves to cook. I try and eat as healthy as possible, but I'm not someone who likes "diet" food, such as fat free cream cheese or splenda. I feel that things that are chemically altered to that extent can't be very good for you.Unfortunately, I am also poor, being a student and can't afford to eat organic or all-natural. I try to make as much as I can from scratch so that I know what's gone into it, and I try to find healthy foods that are budget friendly. Feel free to contact me, though I may not respond right away due to enormous amounts of work and studying to do.
