"I loved this dressing. It was so fresh and zingy..The butter lettuce is the best choice for this I added grilled shrimp, a little chopped yellow pepper and shelled pistachio nuts. This made a nice meal on a hot day. Making this again. Used leftover dressing to dip carrots and zucchini in...yum"
I have always been a bit of a hobby cook. My dream is to write a cook book which I started about 15 years ago and never finished. What I most enjoy is is having a wonderful meal out and challenging myself to recreate it at home.
My husband and I opened a restaurant in Sonoma County a few years ago where we share our passion for food. A casual dining experince in our roadside diner offers recipes created by the both of us.
