"This is an excellent recipe. I made a few tweaks to suit our tastes and accommodate the ingredients we had on hand. I used skim milk instead of half and half, frozen broccoli (drained and chopped in small bits) instead of spinach, and cholesterol-free mayo instead of regular mayo. Like other posters said, it's good to bake the crust for about 7 mi"
