The flavors in this recipe are outstanding! The rice is so flavorful because it's cooked with the beef stock. Who knew a meat sauce could be so tasty without garlic? This recipe took some patience on my part when it came to the batter/breading, you really have to drain off the excess batter. It was well worth the time and effort, the arancini "
