Reviewed Pumpkin Cheese Ball
" Everyone loved it and many asked for the recipe. Tip: Use block cream cheese, not the tub or even whipped; I used tub style ( not whipped) and it was still too soft and did not hold a "pumpkin" shape at all. Also, after wrapping in plastic, place in a bowl to help form the shape.
