Reviewed Buttermilk Scones
"Easy and delicious. I chose this recipe because I had almost everything on hand (minus the cream) and it turned out quite tasty. When I divided the dough in half, I folded in a handful of slivered almonds and dried cranberries into one half and left the other half plain. I used an egg wash on top (instead of cream) and sprinkled with sugar. I checked these at 13 minutes since my oven tends to cook fast and the were done. Overall, a simple and quick scone recipe which I'm sure to use again and again.
