Reviewed Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze

Have made these a few times and they are really good! Love the texture the ricotta adds and the lightness of the lemon. A dangerous cookie to eat because of the cake-like texture..eating one of these will lead to MANY more!

This wasn't bad..but definitely wasn't great. Everything smelled and looked delicious but the flavors were just not there. Meat turned out tender and veggies were good but the flavor as a whole was pretty bland. You might as well make this recipe with a less expensive cut of beef because it tastes just like a pot roast.
