Believe all the superlative reviews-- this is the most delicious chili that I have ever made. It has kick, but also subtle flavors. I cut back the ground turkey from 3 pounds to 1 pound, because we don't eat a lot of meat. This was fantastic. One note: the flavor of the reheated chili on day two was even better than the first day I made it. "

This was just okay. I made the recipe exactly as stated. I was excited to see the results of pureeing tomatoes with stock and cooking rice in it, as I had never done this before. The finished product was rather bland. I added cumin, but it still wasn't great."

This is such delicious cold weather fare. The first time I made it I followed the recipe carefully with one exception: I didn't have apple cider vinegar so subbed red wine vinegar. Everyone loved it. You walk in the house and the smell makes you so happy to be home! Leftovers were popular. Today I am making it again and will tweak it-- less "
