"WOW!!! This cake ROCKS! Super moist, super tasty, super delicious. I served it for Thanksgiving dessert and I gave the recipe out to everybody! I just made it in a 13x9 pan and frosted the whole thing - not individual bars. This one is a Keeper :- ""

Reviewed Apricot Oat Bars

"I made this when I was visiting some family out of town and EVERYBODY raved about it and Loved them!!! Everybody wants the recipe so I guess I'll be emailing it out to them. Very quick and easy to make - I added Waaaaay more apricots since I like things "chunky". I think this would be good with any dried fruit and jam/jelly mixture. I'm thinking "

"I made this about an hour before I had to go to a party since it only had a couple of ingredients - all of which I had! It was a tad too salty because I used to much kosher salt - go easy on the salt and taste it as you go! Otherwise I think it would have been better"
