"perfect! I've tried a few recipes...this one pretty much hits it right on the head (and you can adjust, as others have said). What I did differently: mixed red and white onions, used canned jalapenos, used frozen cilantro cubes (that I forgot I had...), and tossed everything in the food processor, so it was chunky, but not so much so. Hubby and son have pretty much devoured the first go-round.
