Simple recipe and a great canvas for additional toppings! Although some of the bottom of the bread burned due to my using a DARK jelly roll pan and failing to place it HIGHER IN THE OVEN, it was very tasty with the addition of caramelized onions, cheese & various seasonings. Someone had also suggested TURNING the pan half way through the cooking p"
