Ok. this is how the the passion for cooking started: I was home alone few days before my wife's birthday (I wanted to surprise her with a dish, since she's been cooking to me for almost 18 yrs). I was wtching tv, then I turn to Food Network and here I find some guys cooking something that looked super easy to do; and I said to myself: I know I can do that. And then that turn into those and those, and here I am cooking for her almost everyday (NOT EVERYDAY BECAUSE SHE SAID I HAVE A PLAN TO MAKE HER LOOK FAT). Hahaha! But the best thing is that I love it. The smell, the surpise factor of not knowing how is going to taste, and the look in my wife face when the dinner is ready. Love you Food Network,,ohhhh and you to Mi Amor!!!!
