"Great recipe. Make sure to use a 3qt dish and self rising flour. Easy recipe for self rising flour is:
1 Cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
sift together ingredients and viola! self rising flour!
Made two of these today, one white-peach cobbler and one mixed berry cobbler, used all farmers market fruit, came out amazing "
