"Yummy recipe! Haha, no tomatoes in guacamole is like saying there shouldn't be any tomatoes in spaghetti sauce! It's a must have in Mexico & here in Texas! Sorry, after eating this stuff for over 50 yrs. I've never heard or seen tomatoes omitted in authentic guacamole! I just can't imagine it; it would simply taste so blah without them. "

"These were absolutely delicious! I recommend doubling the recipe if you want true size bars, otherwise you'll end up with something that looks like a lemon cookie. Allow to completely cool and set before cutting and serving.
