"Awesome! A hit every time. I make half of the recipe in an 8x8 casserole dish. I use sweet bread and cut out both the added sugar in the custard and the corn syrup in the topping. I also use twice the amount of chopped pecans and I add blueberries to the bread mixture. It is sweet enough not to use maple syrup, but it tastes good with it too. ""
