"I must say this dish is very very very rich. i enjoyed it! I am not very fond of butter, so i used half the amount called. they say the butter floats to the top, and it does until the sauce is formed from the heavy cream and butter. once you add the butter constantly stir and the sauce will form. thirdly go easy on the lemon, or serve on the side."
