Reviewed Garlic Mashed Potatoes

"Yummy. First and only recipe I've ever used to make mashed potatoes and I will be keeping it. Very easy to make. HOWEVER...raw potatoes need WAY longer than 15 minutes to soften enough to be able to be easily mashed! 15 minutes will leave you trying to mash hard, almost raw potatoes, which is near impossible. Either microwave your potatoes a little first to soften them up or boil them from the raw state for about 25 min...not 15. Other than that, perfect mashed potato recipe.

Reviewed Fettuccine Alfredo

"I was looking for a recipe for Alfredo sauce only, since I had Fettuccine and chicken on hand. I thought it was tasty and my mother really liked it as well! I gave this only 4 stars because I thought that the sauce tasted a little more buttery than I would have liked, but it was good none the less and very easy to make. Also, it may require a little doctoring up with pepper or other spices to add flavor to your liking. But overall a good sauce!
