"I made this with canned pumpkin and the filling came out perfectly. I'm a big fan of gingersnaps, but I honestly didn't like the crust. It was very soggy and the flavor took away from the pumpkin. Next time, I will make the filling with a regular crust. This pie tasted good the day after and phenomenal 3 days after so I would suggest making this "

"I made this directly as written. The pumpkin flavor was very weak and not enough pumpkin and spice flavor. The cream, too, was very bland. The cake had a spongy texture due to the gelatin. I won't be making this again."

"This is very basic and needs doctoring, for sure. If not, all you have is sauted mushroom flavor. I added garlic and next time I will add white wine to the shallots and mushrooms. I will also choose a stronger cheese because mozzarella gets completely overpowered by mushrooms."

Favorite to cook: I love to bake because of the fun colors/textures and levels of sweetness/spice. My best dish is probably my lasagna. I LOVE international flavors so I love Thai, Greek and Indian cuisines.
