I love to cook! I'm always experimenting and trying out new recipes! I also try to find classics that have been lightened up. I love Martha Stewart and Rachael Ray and have learned a lot from them. I make several 30 minute meals, and if I have time or an entertaining, I often turn to Martha Stewarts books.
Favorite Foods
Macaroni and cheese!! I've tried so many variations of this dish. My husband's favorite is Rachael Ray's Italian macaroni and cheese. I always give the recipe out and bring it to pot lucks. I also like to try new desserts and soups.Advertisement
