Reviewed Apple Cider Chicken

It reminded me of an Asian dish, very spicy with a hint of sweetness. I think next time I'll add pineapple and more brown sugar to give it a little more sweetness. Didn't have brandy so I used 3/4 T of vanilla, as suggested. I cooked it down for quite a while and it made a dark brown sauce. Made it gluten free with Bob's Red Mill GF flour. ""
