Reviewed Espresso Chocolate Mousse with Orange Mascarpone Whipped Cream

I followed the directions exactly for the mousse & it came out great! I used egg whites right from the fridge, not room temperature like some people and I warmed the milk to almost boiling...I made this the night before so it had plenty of time to set, really rich and delicious. Easy dessert that I will make again.
