I have tried numerous pretzel recipes off the internet and this one is the second best one I have found! All the portions are perfect, the only thing I'd suggest is to cook at 400-425 and set the timer for 8 minutes and keep a close watch on them.. Also try spreading a thin layer of egg yolk over the top after you dip them in the baking soda solut"
