"I made this the other day to frost Alton Brown's Sugar Cookies I was making for Christmas presents. It's a great frosting; buttery & not too sweet, and the perfect balance of sweetness for that particular cookie. It also spreads well & sets up nicely, so that after a couple of hours I could bag the cookies without getting frosting from one cookie ""
