Reviewed Stuffed Chicken Saltimbocca with Arugula and Tomato Salad

OMG I love this one and so does my family. The only problem I had was it called for 1/2 cup of Parmigiano-Reggiano in the ingredients but in the directions you were told to use 1/4 cup. I made it both ways and really there was no difference but couldn't figure out if I missed something or not. I am trying to teach my daughters how to cook by rea"
