The amount of liquid needed for the 2 c rice is missing??? Even if we consider the 8 oz tomato sauce it should still need at least 3-1/2 c water. She was pouring it in on the show.

"Yesterday I received several squash, that I have never seen before! ?
They each weigh 2 lbs, are shaped like a Crook-neck. Almost snow white, with green stripes running the length of them. The skin is firm ,very smooth, like a butternut squash surface. The flesh is pale and creamy, seeds snow white.

This is an awesome recipe, and no it has no oil and no eggs. I assembled mine early in the a.m. and after 6 hours just could not stand it to wait any longer. Baked it in a 9x5 inch pan. for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Turned it out right aeay without any problems.Mia,thanks for sharing."
