About Me
I love food. I really enjoy the science and art of preparing it. I like to make "low and slow" barbecue; I'm slowly working my way through all the major meats, and I hope to do a few exotics. I recently began researching and baking artisan breads, it's not as fun as bbq, but it is very satisfying.
Favorite Foods
With much contemplation, I would have to choose burgers and pizza as my favorite foods. They never get boring because of all the deifferent varieties, and I just think they are the ultimate comfort foods. I also really like spaghetti and meatballs and a casserole called "tamale pie" yum!
