Reviewed Buttered Egg Noodles with Parsley
"These were good, I will use this recipe for buttered noodles going forward. I think adding the pasta water helped make these noodles better than others I've made in the past. I also added a little chopped chive and 1 tbsp finely diced red bell pepper, then sprinkled with 2 tbsp parmesan. Served as a side to grilled pork chops."

"This was great on sandwiches! It gave that unique flavor found at specialty sandwich shops. I spread it on whole grain bread and made a turkey BLT. I used lime and added 1 garlic clove and 2 pinches of red pepper flakes to the mix. It really adds great flavor to your meal!"
Reviewed Rigatoni with Vegetable Bolognese
"Great recipe! Quick and easy to make. I made a few substitutions. I only used fresh button mushrooms, substituted 16 oz. beef broth for the red wine, and 3 oz. cream cheese for mascarpone. The family really enjoyed this dish, even those who dislike mushrooms. Definitely a make again dish!"
