Everything plays so well together. The mushrooms are so wonderful and the rosemary is crucial!! Don't skip the rosemary. Make this!!"

"My family loved these peppers! They were so cute and delicious... I had some frozen tomato sauce from the summer and because of this, they were a cinch to prepare. The addition of the breadcrumbs gave the peppers a great texture. I also added in a link of italian sausage at the beginging, before adding the veggies. I will make these again!"

"There is no need for another Shepherd's pie recipe. Watching this episode on Good Eats was enough to make me get the ingredients (and cheat on my diet) and get this in the oven. The addition of the egg in the potatoes was foreign to me but it makes total sense. The potatoes were delicious and the meat mixture was so tender and flavorful. LOVE!"
