Super EASY!!! Marinated Bone In Chicken Thighs for 6 hours..Only tweaked the recipe a little...my guy doesn't like ginger. Subbed ginger for a 1/4 tsp of Ground Ginger and added 1/4 tsp of the Chinese Chili Garlic Sauce. Oh and we use less Soy....but just a little under. I ran out of Soy Sauce...not sure how that happened in a Chinese household..LOL!...
