Super EASY!!! Marinated Bone In Chicken Thighs for 6 hours..Only tweaked the recipe a guy doesn't like ginger. Subbed ginger for a 1/4 tsp of Ground Ginger and added 1/4 tsp of the Chinese Chili Garlic Sauce. Oh and we use less Soy....but just a little under. I ran out of Soy Sauce...not sure how that happened in a Chinese household..LOL!...

Really yummy, but i noticed that the garlic and rosemary didn't really stick to the potatoes, but i cut up the potatoes added the oil, garlic and rosemary and let sit in the fridge for a couple hours and it turned out pretty good. "
