"I was a little uneasy about making this recipe at first, but I had 2 whole Trukey breasts, one of which I intended to use with another recipe, so decided to make this one, given the ingredients were easy to get.

"Very Yummy. I did this recipe today for Xmas and everybody loved it. One quick tip though, thyme is something you want to be extra careful with... use just a little bit or it will overpower the whole thing. Mine tasted too much of thyme but I'll be careful next time to use a lot less - there were no leftovers left.!!"
