"I thought these cookies turned out really well. They are intensely crispy, (Think gingersnap) and very flavorful. I'm quite certain you could make a stable gingerbread house with this dough.

The dough was easy to work with. My gingerbread cookie cutter was a bit smaller than the one pictured on the recipe, so I got about 6 dozen cookies, rolling the dough just under 1/4 inch thick. I used a different royal icing recipe than what was suggested with this recipe.

I will make these again, and everyone that has tried these so far really likes them.

I did not have the dry or crumbly issues that others have commented on at all. They are just as the recipe title suggests: Perfect Gingerbread Men!
