Reviewed Soul Sweet 'Taters
"Beyond delicious. We are not big dessert eaters, so this was our Thanksgiving dessert last year--I even reduced the sugar some. The buttery/brown sugar/pecan crunchy top is such a great contrast in texture and flavor compliment over the creamy sweet potatoes. Would be equally good with butternut squash or pumpkin. Definitely a favorite."

"Can't wait to try this recipe! It looks fantastic--sweet, salty, savory, aromatic...wonderful combination of flavor elements and textures! Ree's blog really is fun--it's down home and down to earth, as are the recipes (which I've had great luck with so far). The site required a rating, so as I'm waiting till Thanksgiving to make it, my rating is based on anticipation!
