"Yum. I skipped the extra sprinkle of lemon sugar as my strawberries were quite ripe, and it took a bit longer than indicated. I could not stay away from the strawberries while the toast was cooking, I'll be using this method in other recipes...such an improvement on plain sugar. Very nice on days you have time to prepare it all!"
