"If you live anywhere that folks regularly eat codfish fritters these will set you apart, and how. I live in Puerto Rico, and when I swrve these at a party they are THE hit. There is a typo in the recipe, use a TEASPOON of cayanne, not a tablespoon. Tried that, tears around, too much. Try these, they are wonderful. Thanks Sonny.
