First recipe I tried in my Cuisinart 2 Qt ice cream maker. Followed recipe exactly. Used by well-loved Thermoworks instant read thermometer to make sure chilled custard was less than 40 degrees and custard reached 170, per recipe. This was the best ice cream I've ever had, creamy, rich - just wonderful! Can't wait to try more recipes! Incide"

Delicious! I have cooked this recipe several times and I can't wait to try it with fresh lemongrass, as I could only find the tube of mashed lemongrass. I varied the amount of Thai Red Curry paste and found that 3 level Tablespoons (not teaspoons) is just right for me. My favorite addition is to add rice sticks (soaked for 15 minute in water) ...

Wow, I liked it! I'm not that big a fan of hot dogs but the Hebrew National ones were great! Easy to make. I served it over Basmati rice and it was delicious! Next time, I'll add a little heat and cut my carrots into coins, I think, and halve the tumeric for a less mustardy taste. I would definitely make it again - in fact, I'm making it ton...
