Replied to Drip Beef Sandwiches Recipe : Ree Drummond : Food Network

Hi Patty321, About 4 hours on High or 6 to 8 hrs on low. I prefer the 6 to 8 on low. The meat just falls apart. I also like to prepare it and place it in the crock pot in the fridge the night before. That way all those flavors mingle around all night in the fridge and in the morning all you have to do is put the crock in the pot! Easy! And if your...

Delicious! I used shredded Simply Potatoes (in refrigerated section of grocery) to save time. And whipped up eggs with a little milk (that's the only way my kids eat eggs) before I poured it in hash brown cups. I topped with cooked crumbled maple bacon instead of the Prosciutto. I know I didn't follow the recipe exactly but the results wer"

Your Right! Just south of Chicago, about one hour. I think the combination of the pickled juice from the pepper rings, garlic and the can of beer is what makes this crockpot sandwich so delicious.

This is a variation of a recipe that is a Midwestern staple and tailgating menu item for over 30 years. Never heard of calling it "Drip Beef" we call it Itailan Beef. We Midwesterners do it even simpler. Chuck roast seasoned with salt and pepper browned in skillet then into a crockpot with 2 jars of Vlasic (mild or hot) Banana Pepper Rings WITH the...

Use Vlasic banana pepper rings (mild or hot) they have no stems, no seeds, they're all sliced into rings and have the same pickled juice in the jar. Yields the same flavor results as the pepperoncini's only better because the rings are all through the shredded meat.

Don't let negative reviews keep you from this recipe. I will say, if you have a newer crockpot they do heat hotter than the older versions. My Riv@l 6qt crockpot white oval glass lid I purchased two years ago, is one of the pots that are hotter. After many meals in it I have figured this out. So this recipe I followed exactly except for the cookin"

Made these last night and I have to say they're soooo delicious, but VERY rich, all most too rich. Will satisfy any chocolate craving for at least a week. The next time I make these, I will definitely make a chocolate frosting without the cream cheese. The chocolate peanut butter combo is rich enough and I just dont think it's needed. The cinnamon"

Kelsey knocks another one out of the park. This was delicious. I think the next time I make this I'm going to try and make it a casserole. My busy family schedule, we rely on things I can make, freeze, then pop in the oven. Really good."

O.M.G. This is sooooo good. I make Risotto alot for my family and have added all kinds of things in it. BUT A PANKO FRIED RISOTTO CAKE IS THE BOMB! I made this, only used sauteed sliced baby ports. Not into peas much, too pastey in my opinion, but wanted some green so I added fresh chopped parsley. Also switched out motz for Asiago, parm and reg i"

I rated this recipe 5 stars because it sounds really delicious and easy to make, and I can't wait to try it with all the peppers my garden produced. I love all Kelseys recipes and have made several. Veggie Frittata for dinner tonight was awesome!"
