"This was easy and delish. I made it in the morning with a shortcut. I used my Vitamix blender to make the sauce, and I used a dried seasoning blend of onions ( Tastefully Simple brand) and Golden nuggets dried garlic instead of fresh. "I have made this recipe exactly as written and liked it. This time, I used 2 cups 1% milk and 2 cups water, and steel cut oats. I don't want to always buy almond milk, so I wanted to try this. It's great. I also prefer steel cut, and I'm happy to say they worked just fine in this recipe. I used only golden raisins to sweeten. ""

"I wish there were a 4.5. This didn't really knock anyone's socks off, but it was very good and I'll make it again. Broiling it at the end works well for browning. I cooked it for about 10 minutes longer, but ended up broiling to get the brown top. It made good leftovers!""

Reviewed Ravioli with Balsamic Brown Butter

"It gets a 5 star if the whole family loved it. I did cut the butter to 4 oz, and kept all other amounts the same, and it was more than enough. I'm sure it would have been fine with 6 oz, but why use more ingredients? Our organic lifestyle is spendy. I put this on gnocchi. "

"I liked this a lot! I used fresh spinach b/c that's what I had, and my sour cream was bad, so I had to use low fat plain yogurt. I did add a smidge of onion powder and garlic powder after reading other reviews and knowing I like a lot of flavor. I'm giving it 4 starts, not 5, due to how much it rocks *with* the spices. I will use this again. "
