Reviewed Sweet and Sour Pork
"The first time I made this is was pretty good, but the ketchup definitely overpowered the sauce - you could TASTE the ketchup. Second time used 1TB less of ketchup and upped the amount of balsamic - that took it to a 4+ star recipe. DON'T overcook the snow peas! Usually serve over rice, tonight going to serve over rice noodles. Great for a quick weeknight recipe."
