I'm one of the rare people in the world that really does not like the starchy taste and texture of pototoe's. These were pretty darn good though. They were creamy, velvetly, smooth, and bursting with garlic-y flavor. I would make these again. This recipe is worth every star!

This was really good and easy to make, but took a little too much time for my liking since I had about 4 other things going for my turkey dinner. I should have prep'ed the onions and almonds beforehand. The recipe really is a great addition to any family meal and I'm sure I'll make it again.

This was the first turkey I ever made on my own and it turned out perfect!!! The smokey flavor from the bacon and the sweetness from the maple syrup made the gravy absolutly to die for!!! Absolutely delish!!!! I did only use half the amount of chilies because my kids don't like things too spicy. And my prep abilities are pretty amature so it took me a bit longer than 20 minutes to chop everything. I may use the food processer next time. Will definitly use this recipe again and again!"

Turned out PERFECT!!!!!!! I did use 500g of marcapone and a little more rum with the espresso. I can see how it can get soupy and curdly though if you don't follow the instructions properly.

I can't wait to try the chocolate tiramisu and the raspberry tiramisu!
