I kneaded by hand for 10 minutes because I don't have a paddle mixer. Used only 1/4 cup of olive oil in the bread and only enough to coat the pan for baking because otherwise it seemed like too much. Also I substituted one teaspoon of dried rosemary for the fresh and used a 10x15 jelly roll pan. Delicious and easy!

This bread is so easy and delicious. I used only 1/4 cup of olive oil in the dough, and just enough to coat the bottom of the pan for baking because otherwise it seemed like way too much. Also I did not have fresh rosemary so I used a teaspoon of dried. It turned out great. I'll be making this again.

This was so easy and absolutley delicious. I've been looking for a good chicken tortilla soup and this is it. Using the corn tortills makes it gluten free too. I added 1 tsp salt in the end, and shredded, rather than sliced the chicken. Yummo."

Love this soup. So tasty, so easy. I agree that the cooking time can be shorter - like 4 hours on low is enough. I couldn't find fine herbs, so just added fresh parsely and thyme that I had on hand. Delicious."

So tasty and super easy. I followed the suggestions from others to saute the onions first. Crock pot on high for 4-hours was plenty of time to mesh the flavors. ""
