Reviewed The Ultimate Beef Wellington

"5 star recipe. Made the recipe exactly as written, it was wonderful. It is our new Christmas favorite! The peppercorn sauce was really good. Recipe is not difficult to make, just a little time consuming..however it can be made in advance up to the point of the refrigeration, then baked when you are ready for company.

Reviewed Pecan Squares

"I agree with the last review. Too much butter all the way around. I have made this recipe twice...thinking the first time I must of goofed on the recipe. Normally I like all of Ina's recipes but this one is off somewhere or way too much butter for my taste. The honey does add a different flavor to the pecan squares.
