Reviewed Orzo with Artichoke Pesto and Grilled Corn

Disregard any of the negative comments. This is a GREAT dish. My spin on it was to add about 1/2 cup of sweet basil with about 3T of chopped chives to the pesto. I also added a bit of grated Parmesan to pesto at the end. I also used gluten free orzo, which was a little less than a pound. My husband & I can't stop eating this salad. It is so fresh,"
