" Awesome! Been looking for a crustless quiche. There some changes I did to make my favorite quiche. I added 4 eggs and changed the spinach with cooked diced broccoli and a small amount saute sweet onion. Also insted of sour cream I switched with greek yogurt and 1 tsp. baking soda. Then cooked in 8'x 12' pan for 1 hr. Insted of chedder cheese"
