I used the same concept only a smaller recipe. I used half a pound of Jimmy Dean spicy sausage, 2/3 grated cheddar cheese, 3 tbsp cream cheese and just less than 3/4 cup self rising flour. They turned out moist, gooey cheesy and the spice from the sausage gives it just enough kick! Made about 15 1in balls. Just enough for 2 people."
