I am retired and love to hunt, fish and cook. My favorite receipes are based on the "Joy Of Cooking" cook book. I do have a library of 100+ cook books and all are used for some receipes.
Favorite Foods
I love to cook Old World Swedish receipes that I have accumulated from my ancestors. But I guess I am most famous for Pizza. I have a receipe that my father got right after WWII from a friend in the Newark NJ area. He visited on several occassions when we lived in southern Indiana.Our favorite restaurant is Mitzels. They are a chain, family dining restaurant with several in Washington and the Northwest.
